On November 14, Qinghai News Broadcast aired a segment titled "Integration of Industry and Education Opens New Horizons for Vocational Education". Heli (Qinghai) Operation and Maintenance Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Helius New Energy Co., Ltd. was featured as an exemplary case.

Over the years, Helius New Energy Co., Ltd. has actively collaborated with Qinghai Qaidam Vocational & Technical College have actively explored to establish a new model of deep industry-education integration characterized by productive collaboration between academia and industry and the mutual leveraging of their complementary strengths. This partnership has successfully provided nearly 80 students to Qinghai Zhongkong project, cultivating a growing pool of highly practical talent to support local industrial development and economic growth.

Zhang Wenqiang is one such example. In 2017, Zhang Wenqiang graduated from Qinghai Qaidam Vocational & Technical College and joined Helius New Energy through school recruitment. He is currently working as the 10MW shift supervisor in the production department of Qinghai Zhongkong project under Heli Operation and Maintenance. "I am deeply grateful to my school for tailoring its curriculum to the development needs of Haixi Prefecture's new energy industry. The school continuously improved its courses, actively engaged with local enterprises, and enhanced the intensity of our internship training. This allowed us to seamlessly adapt to the workplace and leverage our specialized skills as soon as we started our jobs." Zhang Wenqiang said.

Jia Limeng, Manager of the Production Department, also noted that the professional knowledge these students acquire during their studies is effectively applied at our company, enabling them to integrate smoothly into their roles.
